Sizing may vary from item to item. We will include size charts on items that have a particular fit.
Certain designs have a unique silhouette that may veer from standard sizing. For these items we will include the intended fit (oversized, form-fitting, etc.) in the item description.
For artisanal / handmade garments, measurements will be provided with each specific item.
GARMENT CARE / LAUNDRY
Most items will include a care tag with instructions on washing & drying.
As a general rule, please use a cold wash cycle to avoid shrinking and fading of fabrics.
To avoid item shrinkage, we recommend hang-drying or laying garments flat to dry.
Items marked "dry clean only" may become damaged or further distressed if not properly laundered. We will make clear in the item description if an item needs special care instructions.
If an item has printed graphics, please avoid ironing over the printed areas as this may damage the garment.
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong item or the product is defective, please reach out to email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please note, FOUR ATELIER™ cannot accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason.
We offer shipping worldwide. All shipping rates are determined by package weight.
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes which are out of our control. FOUR ATELIER™ is not responsible for additional costs incurred on international shipments.
FOUR ATELIER™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages and will not replace such packages. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your carrier to open an investigation. For any further inquiries or assistance feel free to contact us.
Please allow up to 7 days for order processing. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email.
For domestic orders please allow 2-7 business days for items to arrive once shipped.
International shipments may require an additional 10-15 days.
Items marked "Made-to-Order" are produced after the point of sale. In doing so, we aim to reduce overproduction waste while ensuring each customer receives the item(s) they wish to purchase. These items will be clearly labeled as "Made-to-Order" or "Pre-Order" to avoid confusion.
Made-to-Order items require an additional processing time of 4-6 weeks on top of the standard processing time and may be subject to delay. These lead times are dependent on manufacturing speed, order quantity, and factory schedule. Made-to-Order items will ship immediately when they are ready.
We will keep you updated with relevant information throughout the process via socials and email, but we ask for your patience and understanding regarding production and shipping times.
